East & Co. opened in May 2026 in a renovated office building at 2100 Central Avenue in Boulder's Flatiron Park, a partnership of Working Title Food Group, BioMed Realty and EVG Hospitality. Open weekdays, it serves breakfast through dinner with OZO coffee, scratch cooking and cocktails, and its market sells wine, coffee, specialty foods and seasonal produce through a partnership with Boulder County Farmers Markets.
